Welcome to the Friendship Learning Commons!
Our mission is to provide information services that support the learning and teaching of all members of our school community, promote blended learning and the enjoyment of literature, and to ensure that all students become effective users of ideas and information so that they may become independent, lifelong learners. We may have read the Unluckiest Leprechaun, but these leprechauns were very successful with their LEGO challenge!
We have added some new members and awarded some pins to our current Fan Club Members. These first graders are on 🔥 with reading!
We had a great time at our latest voluntary book club talking about Lost Evangeline by Kate DiCamillo. We enjoyed miniature snacks in honor of the main character, received a book club pin and 3D printed lantern (should have been red), and had great conversations! Next up, Olivetti by Allie Millington!
Love when a book comes in that a student has been asking about and waiting for. He was the first one to check out the newest book in the First Cat in Space series!
