It is an honor to have the opportunity to join the Friendship Elementary team as Principal. I look forward to working alongside the amazing educators, students, and families in the community to continue to provide our young learners with an enriching educational experience. I am particularly excited to meet our students and watch as they grow into compassionate, independent, and creative thinkers.
I began my career in education teaching Spanish for Monroe County Schools in Indiana in 2011. In 2012, I returned home to Illinois and spent the next five years teaching Spanish and coaching. I was promoted to Dean of Students for Community Unit District 95 in 2017.
I joined the Hall County Team in 2018 as Spanish teacher at East hall High School, and the following year accepted the role of Assistant Principal at the Academies of Discovery at South Hall.

I am honored to join Friendship Elementary School as the new assistant principal. With 13 years of experience in elementary education, I bring a deep commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for our students. My husband Chris and I, married for 11 years, are proud parents to our daughter Bristol. I am dedicated to collaborating with the staff, supporting our students, and engaging with families to ensure a successful and fulfilling educational experience at Friendship. I look forward to contributing to the growth and achievement of our school community.
